What an enjoyable, relaxing and creative classtime we had. The patterns were all the same, but most gals either chose different colors or came up with different designs to put within the 4-stars. What fun it is to let loose and ‘do our own thing’ once in awhile. Thank you!!

Beginner Watercolor Class: October 2009
This was the first time MorningGloryArt studio had a watercolor class with our friend and guest artist, Elaine Walker (back row, not holding a painting). There were many oooh’s and aahh’s as new techniques were applied. Everyone was delighted and is looking forward to more adventures in watercolor.

Guest Instructor - Elaine Walker
Elaine Walker started painting seriously when she retired 15 years ago and found a great pastime. She attends as many seminars as possible and as many classes as can be worked in between her teaching schedule. She is very busy traveling and teaching at retreats and seminars as well as her studio at home. Teaching others is an enjoyable and rewarding hobby. She has painting friends in their 90’s and hopes to follow in their footsteps.

~ Sunflowers at Sunset ~
Intermediate Class: September 2009
What a golden time we had painting the hot, fiery sun and the beautiful sunflowers. The finished painted pieces gifted us with sunny dispositions.
