~ Merry Christmas Eve ~
Mon/Wed, Sept 26 & 28 (6-10pm)
Intermediate / Advanced Class
Brushes / Supplies needed: Basecoating Brush; 5/8″ Angle; 1/2″ Angle; Small Stippler, Small Liner; #4 Round; Ruler and Paper Towels (Opt: Small Filbert Rake)
COST: $32 Plus an Add’l $10 due IF a third class is necessary.
(Acrylic) 12″x18″ SLATE (there are Three Thin Oval boards available - first paid gets first choice). We will create an inviting vision of Mrs. Claus dressed in her holiday gown along with three fanciful elves and other furry friends waving “Farewell” and “Good Wishes” to Santa and his team of reindeer who are silhouetted against the aurora borealis sky. A star in the eastern sky reminds us of another story. Lots of fun detail in this warm Christmas Eve painting.

Intermediate / Advanced Class
Brushes / Tools Needed: Basecoating Brush, 5/8″ Angle, ½”Angle, Small Stippler, Small Liner and #4 Round and Paper Towels
COST: $32 (Plus an Add’l $10 due IF a third class is necessary - I do not anticipate a third class)
(Acrylic) Project piece is first come, first serve: 12″x20″ Provincial Board OR 12″x 18″ Oval Board OR 12″x18″ Slate. Painting is of a Black and Tiger Swallowtail butterflies along with a Pink-edged Sulphur resting on white Liatris (Blazing Star) against a fun-to-do neutral mottled background. Great for any room!

Beginner/Intermediate Class
BRUSHES / Tools You Need: Basecoating Brush; 5/8″ Angle; 1/2″ Angle; Small Liner; #4 Round; Small Stipple Brush and Paper Towels
COST: $32
(Acrylic) 10″x6″ Arched wooden plaque. Painting of a Pumpkin, Sunflower and a Falcate Butterfly resting on the pumpkin stem. The mottled background, washes applied to the pumpkin, stippling on the sunflower and the floating technique will be learned along with a little color theory. A charming seasonal display.
