Beginner Oil Painter
BRUSHES Needed: Small Chisel Blenders; #1Liner (optional-Stippler)
COST on prepared 8×10 Masonite board to be framed by you: $23 (if completed in One session, then Cost is $20.)
COST on Lid of Large, Wood Box: $26 (if completed in One session, Cost is $23.)
This delightful scene of a Common Yellowthroat came about as I was thinking about what companion painting could be done to coordinate with a previous oil painting that we’ve done (American Goldfinch). This particular bird nests in the field thickets behind our house. Choice of painting on board or book box. Technique: Oil painting for beginner.

Everyone can take a lot of pride in their painting of this warm still-life. The book titles and little sticky note in the corner were all individually personalized… It was great fun to see the diversity.

Moon Flower Vase
Floating paint creates a lovely, transparent delicacy to the Moon Flower we painted in this class. The gals found it was easy to paint Lace or Pebbles in a fairly quick manner. Welcome back to Fran!
