~ Jack O’Smilies & Candle Star ~
Beginner Class: September 2010
Learning basics of Decorative Painting is a happy experience for these gals who painted the jolly Smilies family: Jack, Jacklin and little Jackie. The star-shaped candy dish assisted the new gals in learning several new techniques, most importantly the floating technique, basecoating and washing/glazing color. Everyone worked diligently and it showed in the final product.
